Directions for Use

1. Wash hands thoroughly before handling.

2. Gently open the milk bag and write the date and time on the label.

3. Pour expressed milk into the bag (up to 180ml) or pump directly into the bag using a Lansinoh breast pump.

4. Seal tightly using the double zipper closure.

5. Store flat in the freezer or upright in the fridge.

6. To thaw, place the sealed bag in warm water or in the refrigerator overnight.

7. Shake gently to mix the milk before feeding. Do not microwave.
